CITIZENS
Design
As an engineering office, we cooperate with various architects and in cooperation with them we offer you to make complete documentation for your future home. Our role is to assure that through our engineering services your home is economical and safe as possible, while architect accomplishes your wishes regarding comfort and aesthetics. Our opinion is that this is the right approach to accomplish all your wishes and needs, as well to achieve economical building of your home.
Building space definition process
We offer you favorable study for the purpose of building space definition process fast. Building space definition process is a procedure of establishing ownership over precisely defined part of the building, actually appartement and its belonging parts. Established ownership can be registered in the land registery. If you are an owner of an appartement in a building, for which the procedure of building space definition process has not be done, you are actually owner of an undefined part of that building. To you, as an co-owner of the building, belongs a part of common areas (basement, garage, attick) and a part of land parcel on which the building in which you have an appartement is built. If you have not done this procedure, it is not clear wich part of the building is really yours. The only legal evidence of your ownership of an appartment, office or some other immobile property is a land registry number, given by land registry office. Appartments, garages, offices and similar can’t be registered in land registry, until building space definition process is not done. If you are the owner of an appartement in a building for which the procedure of building space definition process is not done, there is a possibility that the documentation of your ownership is available in so called book of placed contracts. If you make the procedure of building space definition process, you will be able to get mortgage loan, buy/send immobile property, do division of family properties, probate proceding, define share of each co-owner for management and maintaning costs.
Energy certification
We are licensed for making energy performance certificate for Module 1 and 2. Modul 1 is applicable to simple technical systems (< 400 m2) and Modul 2 to complex technical systems (multiple buildings, non-residental buildings). For the purpose of defining present state and potential for reducing energy consumption, energy audit of building is required.
Energy renovation of buildings
We do projects of energy renovation of family houses and multi-residential buildings. Measurements for improving energy efficiency can drastically decrease energy consumption used for heating, cooling and warming water, up to 60 %.
Legalisation
We offer you fast and favorable projects of legalisation. Term illegal built building refers to the whole building or a reconstructed part of the building bulit without required permission. The minimum required built level for a building to be legalised is to have built foundations with walls or columns with beams and ceiling, with or without roof. It has to be consisted of minimum one story. As a functional part of a building: silo, water tank, septic tank, pool, retaining wall or similar structure, also can be legalised.

ARCHITECTS
Generally
Firm ProNa-Grad LLC offers you complete service of designing all sorts of engineering projects, apart from mechanical installation and soil mechanics related parts of complete project. If you agree, in cooperation with our external associates we make the complete project. This guarantees easier coordination and reduces probability of incompatibility of the project and it gives you extra time for communication with investors and elaboration of the project. This is especially efficient for smaller projects and smaller architect’s offices, but it is also applicable to bigger projects, because it decreases risk of too small or too high price. What gets lost in one field (e.g. statics), can be compensated in another (e.g. electrical installation). This way architects get strong partner for making complete documentation. We guarantee you to complete projects on time and of quality we define together.
Structural designs
Structural designs solve questions of mechanical resistance and stability of a structure, which is one of the basic conditions a structure has to fulfill. We make preliminary, detailed and working designs of structures, made of:
- Reinforced concrete
- Prestressed concrete
- Masonry
- Steel
- Composite constructions (steel and concrete)
- Timber
- Aluminium
For calculations we use following softwares, Radimpex Tower (BIM, IFC) and LUSAS (BIM, IFC). Drawings of working designs we make in software Radimpex (2D) and Nemetschek Allplan (3D, BIM).
Roads Projects
Roads projects give as a result correct solutions of traffic plans on the parcel of the structure, also of the connection to a public road. Road project includes:
- Local road network
- Parking lot
- Connection to a public road
- Calculations of pavement structure (if it is required)

Projects of water supply, sewage and rainwater drainage system
Purpose of the projects of water supply and sewage is to model correctly functioning systems of drinking and fire water supply, also drainage systems for waste water and rainwater for the object. Project of water supply and sewage includes network of pipes from/to the connection with a public network and it is consisted of followings designs:
- Installation of sanitary cold water network
- Installation of sanitary warm water network
- Installation of fire water (hydrants systems: wall hydrant and external hydrants)
- Installation of drainage systems of rainwater from roof and streets
- External divide for the parcel with belonging objects
We make preliminary, detailed and working design.
Projects of electrical engineering
We make all sorts of electrical projects, including:
- Electro-energetic feeding
- Lightning arrester
- Telecommunication installation
- Fire detection systems
- Relocating existing electrical and phone installation
- Electrical substations for bigger objects
Correctly dimensioned electrical installation is precondition for safe using of the object and protection people inside the object.
Fire control and protection
We make study of fire control and protection for you. Study of fire control and protection includes a list of datas (requirements and/or restrictions) for complete fire prevention of the structure. It is consisted of text and graphics, through which organisational and technical measures and activities are defined for eliminating fire hazards, early fire detection, warning for the users of the building of fire hazard, preventing of fire and smoke spreading and efficient fire extinguishing, safe rescuing of people and animals in a case of fire hazard, eliminating and decreasing harmful consequences of structure caused by fire.
Occupational Safety and Health
We do studies of occupational safety and health. Study includes all required technical solutions based on regulation. Based on regulation, study is needed for the buildings with a purpose of working in, with all additional rooms (warehouses, sanitary rooms, ambulances, rooms for relaxation), communicational areas, installation and devices.
Coordinator I and II on Occupational Safety and Health
Coordinator I is required if the work is scheduled to be performed by two or more contractors/subcontractors. The investor is obliged to appoint Coordinator on Occupational Safety and Health in the stage of detailed design. Coordinator I coordinates the implementation of the principles of occupational safety and health in the design stage. In the detailed design stage coordinator I develops or gives order to develop construction work plan required for registering the buliding site to buliding inspection. Coordinator II coordinates the implementation of the principles of occupational safety and health in the construction stage, and adjusts or gives order to adjust construction work plan to changes at the building site. We make construction work plan.
Study of alternative energy supply systems
We do studies of alternative energy supply systems. It is required for the buildings with net area Ak > 50 m2 which are heated to the internal temperature ≥ 18°. In the study 3 different allternative energy supply systems are analysed and the most cost effective one will be suggested. The study is a part of the obligational documentation needed for the building permit, but it is not a part of the detailed design.
Building physics (heat and noise)
Building physics is consisted of:
- Project of rational energy consumption and thermal protection of building
It is obligatory for the buildings which are heated to the temperature > 12°.
- Study of noise protection of buildings
It is required for the buildings used for working and living.
Construction supervision
We offer you service of construction supervision for all the fields we do designs in (structural, water supply and sewage, electrical).

The investor is obliged to appoint Coordinator on Occupational Safety and Health in the stage of detailed design. Coordinator I coordinates the implementation of the principles of occupational safety and health in the design stage. In the detailed design stage coordinator I develops or gives order to develop construction work plan required for registering the buliding site to buliding inspection. Coordinator II coordinates the implementation of the principles of occupational safety and health in the construction stage, and adjusts or gives order to adjust construction work plan to changes at the building site. We make construction work plans and offer service of Coordinator I and II on Occupational Safety and Health.
